As most Filipino parties would always include a Karaoke machine, I, myself, am a fan of Karaokes. Mind you, I don't even know how to sing but singing your heart out makes the stress go away (but could induce stress to those who are listening). There are lots of KTV bars out there and I've only been to half-dozen of them. The most I've been to and my personal favorite is Club 21 found in Smallville Complex, Sen. Benigno Aquino, Jr. Avenue, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. I've only been there four times in the past year (due to a busy work schedule and saving money) but the experience has been promising.
In my short adventures in life with Kaye, I have only tasted so much food but when I eat something delicious, the taste lingers on till I could eat that food again and saturate myself with it until I can eat no more. At Club 21 Kaye and I found one food to linger the most - their Sisig Rice. It's mainly fried rice with bits of Sisig and they are very generous with the slices of sisig they put in it. Their serving (if you're not a rice person or on a diet) could be good for 3-5 persons. It can also be a good combination with other foods on the menu. What we do (because we love SISIG) is we also buy their sizzling pork sisig doubling the fun and flavor!
Of course they also have other things on their menu but for a KTV bar, the food will mostly keep you quiet especially if you're hungry. They have good food presentation and their utensils look clean. The service of their personnel is also outstanding. They are polite and can easily be called upon with a light switch. I have tasted around 6-7 food on their menu including a grilled tangigue, overload pizza, sausages like hungarian, bratwurst and schublig, french fries, buffalo wings, hungarian and bacon pizza, and their chocolate and strawberry shakes. They also have a lot of seafood on their Menu.
